Claudio Acevedo focuses his practice on dispute resolution, civil and commercial litigation, financial and banking law, and operational legal advice to companies. He has extensive experience advising financial institutions, particularly in matters related to factoring and leasing operations, as well as regulatory, labor and commercial matters.

Prior to co-founding RAM Abogados, Claudio was founding partner of Acevedo, Allende, Mujica y Cía. Abogados, where he practiced for more than a decade. He currently leads matters related to dispute resolution and complex commercial conflicts at the firm.
