Metin Ülker is the founding partner of Ülker Şimşek Law Office, which he established in 2022 following many years of experience at leading law firms in Turkey, where he also held managerial positions. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the resolution of numerous national and international disputes, with a particular focus on commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
In addition to his legal practice, Metin Ülker is a registered trademark and patent attorney. He has completed a master’s degree in Health Law and has also received training in Capital Markets Law, further strengthening his multidisciplinary expertise.
He has been recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” in dispute resolution in the Legal 500 EMEA rankings for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024), and has also been listed in the “Private Practice Powerlist 2023 – Dispute Resolution” by Legal 500 (Legalease).
