Supachot is a partner and notable member of the firm’s real estate, corporate & commercial/M&A, and litigation, dispute resolution & arbitration departments. He assists with high-value real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, and is an expert at spotting survey irregularities, resolving complex land title issues, ensuring compliance, and managing negotiations and closing processes. He coordinates wide-ranging regulatory and transactional matters and is also one of the firm’s personal data privacy & protection leaders.

Supachot is spotlighted as a "Leading Associate” in Thailand by Legal 500. Previously, he was identified as one of Thailand’s best young lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB), a Thomson Reuters title that focuses on the Asia-Pacific and Middle East. He was chosen for ALB Thailand "Rising Stars 2023," which highlighted the next generation of the country’s legal practitioners at the time. The list showcased 30 lawyers under the age of 40 who were performing first-class work and, in the process, earning accolades from clients and senior industry colleagues.

For five years in a previous role, Supachot was a legal manager at one of the world’s top legal and tax advisory firms, specialising in real estate, corporate/M&A, dispute resolution & litigation, PDPA compliance, and labour & employment matters. As part of his real estate brief, he led due diligence inquiries and advised on projects across Thailand for a well-known European multinational sporting goods retailer. Prior to joining IAS Advisory, he was a senior associate at another international law firm based in Bangkok.

Supachot has an LL.B. from Thailand’s renowned Thammasat University and is a member of both the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. He is also a qualified Thai Arbitration Center (THAC) mediator.
