Career
In practice for 20 years, Siripen is a key contact point for prestigious Thai and foreign clients regarding their corporate legal affairs in Thailand. She advises and assists Thai and foreign business leaders and investors on establishing operations in Thailand with structures to suit specific needs and on operational risk management within its complex regulatory frameworks.
Siripen is well-known in high-end corporate circles and one of the few female founding partners in the country's male-dominated legal sphere. She is a formidable negotiator and works across all industries to secure the interests of her clients nationwide, routinely handling corporate governance, contract analysis, due diligence, and shareholder rights affairs. She is frequently tasked with advising on cross-border commercial projects and the legal management of international business deals and infrastructure projects, and on promotions offered by the Thai Board of Investment (BOI).
Siripen is featured regularly here at Legal 500, which highlights practice area teams that are producing the most cutting edge and innovative advice in legal markets today. She has been listed as a "Recommended Lawyer" for several years and was instrumental in IAS Advisory receiving Legal 500's "Firm to Watch" designation (in 2024 and 2025) for the quality of its corporate/M&A work; also, for its recognition in Chambers' Asia-Pacific and Global client guides. In addition to her practice, Siripen herself is a Chambers-ranked individual. She is noted for her proficiency in managing corporate and commercial related matters in Thailand and for her ability to handle sophisticated cross-border M&A deals and transactions. She is also on ABLJ's "A-List of Top Lawyers in Thailand."
Siripen is a member of the Law Society of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. Prior to establishing IAS Advisory, she was Head of Corporate & Commercial in her previous role at another leading international law firm in Bangkok.
