He also advises on shareholder disputes and consumer protection and international trade case matters. In addition, Anuwat directs several of the firm’s other legal practices, including setting up compliance measures with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), legal entity and tax structuring, and business restructuring and reorganisation. He also advises on M&A and commercial transactions and on fundraising, family business and related issues, and human resources legal management.

Anuwat is ranked in Chambers’ Asia-Pacific client guide and is recognised as a “Litigation Star” in the Thai legal space by Benchmark Litigation, an international publication that ranks the world’s leading litigation firms and lawyers. He is a Legal 500 “Recommended Lawyer” and is also on ABLJ’s “A-List of Top Thai Lawyers."

Previously, Anuwat was a director at a Big Four audit firm, heading up its litigation team. For 16 years he advised international clients on a wide range of legal and tax matters related to setting up, restructuring, and maintaining business operations and compliance in Thailand.

Anuwat is a respected public speaker, special lecturer at leading universities, and a regular guest on Thai PBS, Thailand's national public broadcaster, where he shares expert insights on key legal topics relevant to business operations. His appearances cover a wide range of subjects including corporate law, fraud prevention, employment law, real estate, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, PDPA, and family business governance. He is also well-recognised online for simplifying complex legal concepts and providing clear, accessible commentary on current legal issues, earning a substantial following among business professionals and the general public alike.

Anuwat is a member of the Law Society of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association, as well as a panellist at both the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) and the Thai Arbitration Center (THAC). He is also an active member of the Association of Family Business Entrepreneurs (AFBE).
