Extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair competition matters, business torts, and commercial litigation.

Regularly advises clients on corporate transactions, foreign investment matters, regulatory compliance, and strategic business operations in Iraq.
