Ms. Bai previously served as a trial attorney in the patent litigation practice at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Chicago. Since 2011, she has been practicing at Zhong Wen Law Firm in Beijing, focusing on cross-border commercial matters and dispute resolution. Leveraging her engineering background, Ms. Bai advises on a wide range of transactions involving technology transfers, licensing, and strategic development.
Ms. Bai is skilled not only in litigation and arbitration but also in achieving optimal outcomes for clients through mediation and negotiation. She has represented numerous large corporations in resolving foreign-related investment and trade disputes, is capable of conducting hearings in English before international arbitration institutions, and has handled the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in China and other jurisdictions.
Ms. Bai has long been dedicated to cross-border commercial legal services. She serves as long-term legal counsel to several major enterprises and provides comprehensive legal support to international clients entering the China market as well as Chinese clients expanding overseas. Her work includes designing corporate structures, identifying business partners, conducting due diligence for international trade and cross-border investments, and drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate charters, and other legal documentation.
