Patrick Smith is a Director, Solicitor and the Head of Litigation at Aristone Solicitors, specialising in litigation and advice relating to a wide range of disputes including relating to contentious probate, trusts (express and constructive), contract, property (including fraudulent transfer and damage claims), contentious Court of Protection matters, Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 disputes, fraud, tortious damage, professional negligence, insurance, corporate (including director disputes and breaches of fiduciary duty), partnership and joint ventures, and insolvency issues.
Patrick has practiced as both an Attorney and Advocate in South Africa for 20 years, an Attorney in Federal and State Courts in Ohio, USA for two years and as a Solicitor in England from 2002, enjoying more than 46 years of qualified practice in his chosen career path.
In England, Patrick has practiced with Pictons Solicitor for 14 years, Premier Solicitors for 5 years and with Aristone Solicitors since mid-2021.
