Consultant Solicitor – Private Client Department (Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Specialist)

Emma Brown is a Consultant Solicitor at Aristone Solicitors, specialising in private client law, with a focus on wills, estate and succession planning, trusts, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2021 and has worked in private client practice since 2017.

She advises individuals, families, business owners and vulnerable clients on a full range of lifetime and succession planning matters, including the preparation of wills, inheritance tax planning, trust structures, declarations of trust, deeds of variation, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications. Her work frequently involves complex family arrangements, vulnerable beneficiary planning and the structuring and protection of family wealth across generations.

Emma also advises on business succession planning and asset protection strategies, including for high-net-worth clients and those with blended family structures. She has additional experience supporting charitable legacy initiatives and will-writing schemes.
