Jami-Lou Abrahams is a member of the Client Relations Team, where she plays a key role as a first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience. She is responsible for managing incoming enquiries, coordinating client communications, and supporting the onboarding process in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

In her role, Jami-Lou works closely with legal professionals to maintain high standards of client care, assisting with due diligence procedures, file management, and administrative support. She is also involved in handling client accounts administration, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and supporting debt recovery processes with professionalism and discretion.

Jami-Lou brings a strong background in customer service and high-volume client interaction, with experience across a diverse range of sectors. She is recognised for her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

Jami-Lou Abrahams attended Fairmont High School in South Africa. Following the completion of her secondary education, she entered full-time employment, gaining practical experience in client service, administration, and professional communication. This early career experience provided a strong foundation for her progression into client relations, where she continues to develop and apply these skills in a professional environment. She has also completed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training in March 2024, covering Client Due Diligence, Reporting Suspicious Activity, Receiving Funds, and Law and Red Flags. In addition, she has undertaken further legal training webinars, including An Introduction to the English Legal System for Support Staff (July 2024), Inquest Costs – How to Maximise Recovery in Civil Claims (March 2025), Choice of Court – A Bitesized Guide to the Rules and Requirements (March 2025), Fixed Costs & the Small Claims Track – The Key Issues (May 2025), and Contentious Probate – An Introductory Box Set (July 2025).

Outside of work, Jami-Lou is a mother of two and places importance on spending quality time with her family.

Jami-Lou enjoys playing pocket billiards and spending time outdoors. She has an interest in mountain climbing and also enjoys rollercoasters and visiting the beach.
