Pedro Dassan is a white-collar criminal defence partner focused on complex corporate crime investigations and high-stakes litigation involving corruption, money laundering, tax crimes and financial misconduct. He has played a central role in major enforcement proceedings, including cases connected to large-scale national investigations and acts for senior executives, public figures and corporations in sensitive and reputationally critical matters, appearing before trial courts and higher courts.

Associated with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).

Member of the Corporate Criminal Law Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).

Graduated from the Curitiba University Center, with a Master's degree and currently pursuing a doctorate in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

He is a collaborating researcher at the University of Coimbra Institute for Legal Research.
