Managing Partner - Residential Conveyancing

Julie is Bright Solicitors’ Managing Partner and has worked in Plymouth since leaving Exeter University in 1997. She has worked in  Residential Property Conveyancing since 1998 and joined Bright Solicitors in 2010 as the Team Leader of Residential Property. Julie became Managing Partner in 2026.

As Managing Partner and Head Of Residential, Julie  leads one of Plymouth’s most established and highly regarded residential conveyancing teams, advising clients across Plymouth, Devon and beyond on a comprehensive range of residential property matters. Her team has extensive experience handling property sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release, unregistered land, transfers of part, complex leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, Local Authority Right to Buy purchases, Help to Buy redemptions and high-value residential property transactions.

With a reputation for delivering practical advice, outstanding client service and proactive communication, Julie is committed to making the conveyancing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
