Andie is married, with one adult daughter. She lives in Chicago with her husband, and five rescue dogs.

Andie is an active community leader in Illinois, serving on several nonprofit boards. She is a lifelong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. With her husband, Al Harris, Andie has coauthored three books on women in the workplace.
