DIRECTOR

Asmae is a Director at Grant Thornton Legal in Morocco, with over 13 years of experience as an attorney-at-law. Prior to launching Grant Thornton Legal in 2024, she gained experience within several leading law firms in the market.

She focuses on corporate matters, as well as regulatory and general business law. She has also developed significant experience in antitrust/competition and data protection, and has a broad range of experience in intellectual property matters. She also has a strong track record in handling merger control proceedings.
