Panagiotis is an experienced Supreme Court Lawyer with over 14 years of expertise in providing comprehensive legal counsel to organizations, companies and individual investors. He has a strong track record in managing a wide spectrum of litigation alongside proficiency in diverse corporate matters and commercial contracts, financing agreements, real estate, intellectual property and labor law.

Leveraging his skills in strategic legal counsel, negotiation, and collaboration, Panagiotis has held significant leadership roles. As Chief Legal Officer for a group of energy companies, he developed corporate legal strategy and oversaw internal audits. Previously, he specialized in contract and arbitration law, leading a litigation team that managed complex, high-value domestic and cross-border disputes before international tribunals.

His background demonstrates a robust capability in navigating demanding legal challenges and delivering results. He holds an LL.B. from Democritus University of Thrace and MSc in Shipping Management from ALBA Graduate Business School.

At ALG, he is a Senior Associate and he leads the litigation efforts for the Athens department, with a primary focus on resolving commercial and corporate disputes. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on dispute resolution and risk mitigation, ensuring Senior Associate clients’ interests are protected through both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. His role involves high-level advisory on dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and the navigation of intricate corporate conflicts. Additionally, he has been heavily involved in major corporate transactions, including high-value Sales & Purchases (S/Ps), company spin-offs, and “mega-deals,” where he is responsible for reviewing the entire process and negotiating the terms of high-value contracts.

His practice also encompasses the pharmaceutical sector and international contracting, where he drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in English for global clients. He possesses extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) agreements, and various ancillary contracts within the clinical trial framework, providing strategic legal support to ensure compliance with diverse international regulatory requirements.

He advises on pharmaceutical compliance from a legal and regulatory perspective, with regards to the interpretation and application of EU and national legislation governing medicinal products and medical devices, including advertising, interactions with healthcare professionals and transparency obligations, while supporting the management of compliance risk.
