Gülin Ter is a graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Law and holds an LL.M. in Private Law from Marmara University. She is a qualified attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and is also a trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She serves as a consultant lawyer at SEKA, where she provides comprehensive legal support to clients in dispute resolution, corporate law, and intellectual property matters.

Ter has extensive experience across a broad range of practice areas, including employment, commercial, consumer, lease, healthcare, enforcement and bankruptcy, and compensation law. In addition to representing clients effectively in litigation proceedings, she takes an active role in arbitration processes, focusing on achieving practical and sustainable outcomes aligned with her clients’ interests. She also advises on trademark law, including registration, protection, licensing, and opposition proceedings.

With her multidisciplinary expertise, analytical mindset, and strong negotiation skills, she delivers reliable, strategic, and results-oriented legal solutions to both individual and corporate clients.
