Sebastián Sánchez advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and complex transactional work across the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. He provides strategic legal support throughout the lifecycle of projects and transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution and post-closing implementation.

Sebastián holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2013), and has complemented his legal education with specialized diplomas in Real Estate Law and Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017), and in Antitrust Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018). He is currently completing an LL.M. at Northwestern University (Class of 2025).
