Associate

Tolga Kutsal is an Associate at GLED Partners Law Office.

He advises Turkish and multinational companies on contentious and non-contentious competition law matters, with a particular focus on investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority, merger control filings and compliance. He works closely with clients on antitrust risk assessments, regulatory strategy and investigation-related processes, and is regularly involved in matters requiring a careful assessment of enforcement exposure and procedural risk.

In addition to his competition law practice, he advises clients on broader compliance and cross-border regulatory matters, including data protection law, the U.S. economic sanctions regime, and international anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance programmes. He has also been involved in sensitive and high-risk projects requiring detailed legal review and strategic analysis, and has experience in complex review processes conducted in connection with international compliance matters.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law.
