Managing Partner

Derya Kandil is Managing Partner and Senior Associate of GLED Partners Law Office. She has more than 15 years experience in contract law, real estate and zoning law litigation and dispute resolution commercial and corporate law.

Her practice focuses on providing strategic legal consultancy regarding commercial and corporate governance, real estate transactions, and zoning law compliance, alongside managing all aspects of dispute resolution and contract negotiations. She provides legal consultancy to corporate clients and entities for over 15 years. With her experience in the field, she takes an active role in every part of dispute resolution stages, focused primarily on settling legal disputes with amicable solutions, namely, mediation and arbitration. She is admitted to İstanbul Bar Association, and she fluently speaks English. She is also a qualified lawyer in the field of Urban Transformation Law.

She graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2005.
