Managing Partner

Evrim Uygur Yamaner is Managing Partner and Senior Associate of GLED Partners Law Office.

She has more than 15 years of experience in Labor and Social Security Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Her practice includes providing strategic legal consultancy on the regulation of workplace relations, corporate governance, and the protection of industrial assets, alongside managing all aspects of dispute resolution. She is also a licensed Trademark Attorney. She has been providing legal consultancy to corporate clients and entities for over 15 years, as well as carrying out mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution processes. She is admitted to İstanbul Bar Association and is fluent in English and German.

She graduated from Yeditepe UniversityFaculty of Law in 2008 with high honors, as 4th of her class, then completed her master’s degree in Economic Law at Galatasaray University in 2009. She attended the business law program at the Vienna University & Loyola University School of Law in Austria in 2006 and completed Comparative Labor and Employment Law & European – International Law Education in the same year.
