Emily is part of the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice group, specialising in corporate and commercial transactions, include Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Her main area of practice is in corporate and commercial transactions. Her practice revolves around corporate advisory services and ensuring regulatory compliance for both foreign and local clients across various industries, as well as drafting various corporate and commercial agreements.

She has been involved in several due diligence exercises for Malaysian companies, whereby she assisted clients in navigating potential risks and opportunities associated with mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to her corporate practice, Emily regularly advises on real property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, as well as tenancies for both residential and commercial properties.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2022. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2023.
