- Assistance in the creation of a feeder fund in Luxembourg and a master fund in Cameroon before the COSUMAF. The firm assist the client in the creation of 2 investment funds (master feeder funds) from 2 different legal systems - the law admitting alternative investment funds in CEMAC region is pretty new.
- Legal advice to a client in the structuring of a fund raising through the issuance of "AIR" warrants.
