- Structuring of the public-private partnership contract, Ministry of Transport and CAMTRACK SAS, The main challenge concerned the distribution of risks between the parties involved. The solution proposed was the drafting of a map of the project risks and their balanced distribution between the parties. The reference project detailed here reveals the closeness of the firm to the issues inherent to PPP and concession contracts. We will therefore be able to share our experience in this sector with a view to improving practices, and even to better taking into account the realities of operators in the sector in the texts in force.
