- Accompaniment of the consortium of ECOBANK Group Banks in the setting up of a financing for the Gabonese State repayable by issuing Assimilable Treasury Bonds ( 82,180,872 $ ). Tasks performed Drafting of the financing and convertibility agreement of the financing in Assimilable Treasury Bonds.
