Ohad Bouganim is an attorney and certified public accountant with extensive experience in complex Israeli and international tax matters. He advises on corporate and commercial transactions, cross-border tax structuring, VAT, real estate taxation, tax assessments and disputes, and intergenerational wealth planning. His combined legal and accounting background enables him to provide integrated advice addressing the legal, financial and tax aspects of each matter.

Ohad has more than 15 years of experience in tax law and in the structuring of complex commercial, cross-border and real estate transactions. He began his professional career as a certified public accountant at KPMG Somekh Chaikin and subsequently practised as an attorney and partner at a major Israeli tax law firm.

His experience covers Israeli and international taxation, VAT and real estate taxation, from the initial planning and structuring of transactions through regulatory reporting and representation in tax assessments and disputes before the Israeli tax authorities and courts.

Ohad also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on intergenerational wealth transfers, including the establishment and management of family trusts and the development of structures tailored to the family’s commercial, personal and tax considerations. He regularly lectures at professional forums, including programmes held by the Israel Bar Association.
