Prior to founding Tiger Partners, Mr. Liu worked as a lawyer at Zhong Lun Law Firm (2009-2010), King & Wood Mallesons (2012-2014), and Fangda Partners (2014-2018), and served as a partner lawyer at Jingtian & Gongcheng (2018-2019).

Mr. Liu is the member of the Beijing Municipal Lawyers’ Association Commercial Arbitration Law Committee, and the deputy director of the Arbitration and Mediation Business Research Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers’ Association.

Mr. Liu Yuxuan, graduated from Peking University Law School, specializes in domestic litigation and arbitration, and has extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution. Currently, Mr. Liu is the member of the Beijing Municipal Lawyers’ Association Commercial Arbitration Law Committee, and the deputy director of the Arbitration and Mediation Business Research Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Liu focuses on commerce and transaction, private equity, corporate equity and control, finance, media and entertainment, real estate and construction.

Mr. Liu has been widely recognized by leading global legal ranking institutions and prominent media outlets in the field of dispute resolution. He was invited to author the “China Dispute Resolution Overview” for Chambers Global Practice Guide 2025. He has been named among “The A List – China’s Elite 100 Lawyers” and “Rising Stars Top 40” by the China Business Law Journal, recommended as a leading dispute resolution lawyer in Beijing by Benchmark Litigation China 2021, recognized as a “Notable Practitioner” in dispute resolution by Asialaw Profiles, and has been repeatedly listed in LEGALBAND’s China Top Lawyers Rankings.
