He has built a distinguished career handling high-value commercial disputes, negotiating complex agreements, and guiding clients across diverse sectors, including aviation, oil and gas, and real estate, through intricate regulatory and operational challenges.

With experience spanning both private practice and public service, Adewale has represented clients in sensitive civil and criminal matters, led multi-stakeholder litigation teams, and contributed to legal reforms through policy development and guideline drafting. His tenure as State Counsel with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice strengthened his capabilities in appellate advocacy, government representation and white-collar crime resolution, including service on the Attorney-General’s plea bargain committee.
