Michael brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to his role, having graduated among the top three in his class with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Edo State, and subsequently completing the Nigerian Law School programme in Agbani, Enugu.

He combines a background in litigation with a cross-disciplinary and business-oriented perspective, enabling him to approach matters with both legal precision and commercial insight. This cross-disciplinary approach strengthens client relationships and allows him to deliver practical, strategic solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Michael’s work includes corporate structuring, acquisitions, loan structuring, negotiating technical agreements, licensing, regulatory compliance, and general business advisory. His ability to readily see issues from the client’s standpoint has proved valuable in advising startups, established corporates, and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions and compliance matters.
