Dr Francis Oni has over 34 years’ experience in public international law, international law of title to territory, and maritime law. He is well vast with the workings of the International Criminal Court and constantly handles international dispute resolution for and on behalf of Nigeria. Dr Francis led the team that coordinated and reviewed the law establishing NEPAD. Among his numerous portfolios are the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Navy, the National Boundary Commission, and NEPAD. He holds a DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (PhD) (PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW from the University of Durham, United Kingdom (UK)​MASTER OF ARTS (MA) in International Law of Title to Territory (International Boundary (Land and Maritime) from the University of Durham, United Kingdom (UK).
