Louisa has over 12 years of experience specialising in real estate and development law gained in leading Irish Law Firms and has joined EY Law as a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team in October 2021. Louisa trained and following qualification worked as an associate in the real estate department in Orpen Franks before joining McCann FitzGerald in their property department in 2017. Louisa has worked in all areas of property law and has a proven track record delivering successful commercial outcomes for clients in an effective and timely manner. Louisa has advised on a number of acquisitions and sales on a variety of diverse properties acting on behalf of vendors, purchasers, borrowers, developers, receivers and financial institutions across a number of sectors and properties including residential, commercial mixed-use, social housing, renewable energy, retail, data, medical and hospitality. Louisa was promoted to Director in EY Law in October 2025.
