After an initial year as a lawyer with STARK AVOCATS, whose teams joined MCE CARREL in January 2025, Caroline FIGUET assists the firm's clients with their corporate law issues. She advises and assists companies at every stage of their life (creation, development, restructuring and transfer), as well as on legal issues relating to the day-to-day life of companies.
Caroline FIGUET also has expertise in commercial law, particularly in drafting and negotiating deeds of sale of businesses, commercial leases and contracts governing the life of companies.
She also assists companies in settling pre-litigation and litigation issues relating to their business, relations between shareholders or disputes with customers and suppliers.
