Héloïse Barthe joined MCE Carrel in 2023 as part of her first collaboration as an associate lawyer, in the continuation of her six-month internship as a student lawyer in the firm.

She developed her skills during several internships with local and international law firms of various sizes, where she focused on advising companies on their corporate law needs.

Today, Héloïse Barthe helps start-ups in their development projects. She is particularly involved in fund-raising (capital operations, shareholders’ agreements, incentive structuring for managers), as well as strategic issues of corporate governance. She also assists clients in contractual negotiations to reach agreements tailored to their needs.

Corporate law (incorporation, financing and fund-raising in Serie seed and Serie A venture capital, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements, monitoring and day-to-day operations); Contract law (confidentiality agreement, master service agreement (MSA) or material transfer agreement (MTA)) ;
