A solicitor for over ten years, Thomas Rocco joined MCE CARREL in 2024 as Of Counsel. With a degree in intellectual property and IT law, he assists start-ups and large groups in setting up, marketing and protecting their creations, particularly in the field of IT, as well as in ensuring their compliance with the GDPR. In this capacity, he advises several players in the medical and socio-medical fields, as well as in the cosmetics and food industries.

Thomas Rocco has been seconded to several large international groups to work on litigation or IT contract negotiations, enabling him to gain hands-on experience in the field. He has also handled collective and certification marks for his clients.

Committed to social causes, he provides free legal advice every week to promote the development of female entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the AFCDP (French Association of Personal Data Protection Correspondents).
