Vincent Baudouin has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001. He first worked for 5 years for the American firm FRIED FRANK on international M&A transactions. He then joined the French law firm MARVELL Avocats in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law Department.

Since 2009, he has been practicing independently and assists founders, partners and managers of companies in their corporate activities, financing and fundraising, sales/acquisitions and commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters. Vincent has developed a strong expertise in advising companies in their capital investment, external growth, transfer, joint-venture and capital restructuring operations.
