Anne-Laure Prévot is an experienced employment lawyer practising at MCE CARREL. With over 20 years of experience, she provides both advisory and litigation services to a diverse client base, including international companies.

Anne-Laure Prévot holds a Master 2 degree in labour law and was sworn in as a barrister in 2004. She has developed in-depth expertise in labour law, particularly in the management of individual and collective labour relations.

Anne-Laure Prévot assists her clients with various issues related to labour law and also works in a variety of sectors, such as life sciences, new technologies and services, both in mainland France and overseas.

Expertise: 

Drafting and negotiating employment contracts. Managing dismissal and contractual termination procedures. Implementing collective agreements and job protection plans (PSE). Advising on working hours, teleworking and flexible working arrangements. Representing clients before industrial tribunals and courts of appeal.
