Naz Kaylar practises at GlobalB Law, where she focuses on corporate law, crypto-asset law and immigration (foreigners) law, and leads the firm's information technology (IT) law advisory. Her wider practice covers personal data protection, regulatory compliance, contract law and litigation. She has completed in-house certificate training in the Criminal Procedure Code (CMK) and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and applies this criminal-procedure background in detail across both the investigation and prosecution stages of the matters she handles.
