Position
Nathaniel Mangunsong, head of PSHP Adrem Law’s Corporate and M&A practice, expertise in corporate and commercial matters, including fundraising, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and startup growth.
Career
After over 20 years at international law firms and multinational companies, working on various corporate matters for diverse investors and companies, Nathaniel decided to immerse himself in the world of startups and impact-driven enterprises. He spent more than four years as General Counsel for Gojek and Ruangguru, overseeing their growth through fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, general management, and overseas expansion into Southeast Asian countries.
Nathaniel aims to leverage his deep expertise, experience, and insights to foster the growth of the communities associated with PSHP Adrem —including its clients, lawyers, and team members—striving for greater impact.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2004, his Master of Laws in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law in 2008, and his Doctoral Degree in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2025.
