• Has extensive experience representing clients across the entire power value chain, including generation, transmission, renewables, communities, indigenous law.

• Has strong track record advising bidding consortia in infrastructure transactions across the energy sector.

• Provides counsel on issues related to hydroelectric power production, wind power and grid development, in regulatory issues and constraints, contractual matters, concession issues, establishment and development of power production, energy-related transactions, acquisition of water rights, land easements and other legal requirements and appraisals.

• Has extensive experience in complex energy transactions, especially within PV, hydro-and wind power, representing both sellers and buyers.

• Frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on energy trends, challenges faced by the sector in technology, regulation, and adoption of renewable energies and Green Hydrogen projects and policies.
