With over 18 years of experience acquired, by working with clients dealing in global business transactions inbound/outbound investments in India, Soumitra specializes in Corporate Commercial, M&A, Joint Ventures and Corporate Finance including Debt Finance & Private Equity.

He has advised clients across industries on business set-ups in India, cross border and domestic transaction documentation, governmental/ regulatory compliance/approvals, legal due diligence, investment structuring, transaction advisory, strategic alliances and collaborations including technology transfers.

He believes in an uncompromising adherence to a staunch work ethic that values truthfulness and uprightness in our actions. He follows on the firm promises no matter what and ensures full commitment to the task at hand. He ensures that our clients are mitigated from every possible contingency that may arise.
