Charles Wambugu Wamae, our Managing Partner, is an experienced transactional advocate with over 17 years experience in the legal industry. He started as litigator before transitioning to transactional law where he has advised on complex transactions, commercial and intellectual property matters, conveyancing, real estate, and securitization matters, and immigration law. Charles was recently involved in the Taskforce on Electronic Land Transactions and Registration and is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya, Conveyancing Committee.
