Lorenzo is an Associate in the Betting & Gaming team and Interactive Entertainment department at Mishcon de Reya LLP. He was recognised as a Leading Associate by Legal 500 in 2025.

Lorenzo  advises clients in the gambling and interactive entertainment sectors on a wide range of regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters, with a particular focus on international expansion projects. His  practice spans cross-border regulatory compliance, complex multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, and strategic commercial advisory work. Lorenzo has experience advising on gambling licence applications, including navigating the regulatory complexities of various jurisdictions, and providing guidance on regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.

Lorenzo also regularly provides guidance on the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, particularly in relation to the regulatory disclosures required for investments in or acquisitions of licensed gaming entities. In addition, Lorenzo advises on sector-specific commercial contracts, including games supply and licensing agreements, as well as consumer-facing terms of service.
