I’m currently separating from a Singaporean citizen overseas. I reached out to Yuen Law LLC to see whether it would be possible as foreign spouse to an order made by Singaporean Court for my ex-spouse’s assets to be disclosed. For these to be included in the matrimonial pool so that the assets can be distributed fairly.
