- Represented Pine Venture Partners in leading a USD25 million Series B fundraise for United States based virtual reality developer Spatial Systems Inc under the client’s Pine Metaverse Fund.
- Acted as legal counsel for Cap Vista during its investment into Transcelestial, a startup that is developing high-speed internet via a space-based laser network, in a USD9.6 million Series A funding round. Cap Vista is the strategic investment arm of the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), a statutory board under Singapore’s Ministry of Defence.

Managing Director Samuel Yuen leads the Startups and Corporate Actions practice team. Leading our Regulatory and Securities practice team is Senior Director Kevin Chua.
