Attorney graduated from the University of Caldas, holding a Master’s Degree in Law with an emphasis in Commercial Law from Sergio Arboleda University, a Master’s Degree in LegalTech, Law and Technology, and specializations in Business Law from Externado University of Colombia, as well as Labor and Social Security Law from Libre University.

With more than 22 years of professional experience, he has held senior-level positions within the Administration of Justice and at a prestigious global law firm. He has also served as a lecturer and professor of law at various Colombian universities.

He has advised national and international corporate clients on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, financial, insolvency, civil, competition, consumer protection, administrative litigation, and labor law issues, with particular expertise in dispute resolution before state courts, arbitral tribunals, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including negotiation.

He possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams. His professional strengths include analytical thinking, strategic planning, leadership and influence, legal consulting, and excellent written and oral communication skills. He is proficient in English and demonstrates strong decision-making and management capabilities, even in high-pressure environments.
