Partner

Martijn has been a lawyer since 1995 and has worked for Holla legal & tax since 2000. He became a partner in 2008. Martijn has focused on employment law from the start of his career and has run a practice that fully specialises in this area of law for years now. He gives advice and instigates legal proceedings regarding all facets of both individual and collective employment law and acts for employers as well as employees. Martijn concentrates on the general industry, business services, health & welfare and housing corporation sectors.

Martijn is a professional specialist in heart and soul who makes sure that he has an excellent command of all aspects of his profession. He may be described as ‘a quick thinker who is always sharp and creative’. Martijn always takes the personal side of a case into account. ‘Each individual case deserves my full attention’, he states.

Martijn is often involved in large company reorganisations. He keeps a clear head in the large area of tension in reorganisations between employers and trade unions on the one hand and between the employees and/or works councils on the other. He sees it as his duty to bridge the gap between differing parties and link them together.
