Petra has been working at Holla legal & tax since 2001 and she has been a partner in the Employment Law team since 2012. Petra has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and mainly acts for  organisations in the agri/food sector and healthcare institutions. She regularly gives (online) workshops on various subjects regarding employment law.

Petra remembers her first independent assignment vividly: she advised on the reorganisation of the Dutch branch within an American multinational organisation. After this experience she has successfully managed numerous reorganisations and she has built a thriving practice. Petra is an employment law specialist who is trusted fully by her clients and who characterises as a valuable sparring partner. It is therefore not surprising that she tends to have longstanding relationships with her clients.

Petra is born and raised in the south of the Netherlands, but she has Italian and Slovenian roots. Maybe it is because of this mix of nationalities, combined with her flexibility and her helicopter view, that she quickly feels comfortable in a Dutch company, but can also effortlessly comprehend the complex dynamics within a multinational organisation.
