Agustina’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, representing both debtors and creditors in large, complex Chapter 11 cases, out of court restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation disputes. She also has extensive experience counseling clients in a wide range of transactions involving indentures and other debt instruments, including liability management exercises and lender-on-lender litigation.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Agustina was an associate at Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP. Before that, she was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
