Fahd Sami is a commercially focused dual-qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. With over a decade of experience in legal practice across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan, Fahd has built a reputation for his work in complex cross-border corporate/ M&A, Islamic finance, capital markets, and technology law.

Fahd began his legal career at a leading Pakistani law firm where he eventually became a Senior Associate. Here, he led due diligence and negotiations on multi-million-dollar M&A transactions for a prominent MENA private equity client and advised clients on corporate, commercial, and tax law. He also represented clients before various courts and tribunals in matters ranging from property disputes to challenging the imposition of duties on certain imports. Fahd also represented the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) in litigation and supported the Authority’s legal department with administration.

At Sami Capital Group (SCG), Fahd led the firm’s legal structuring and capital markets advisory services. He developed SCG’s issuance programme for structured products and debt instruments instructing leading English and Cayman Islands law firms and oversaw operational readiness for CREST and SIX settlement systems. A standout matter includes consulting on a Sukuk transaction for a DIFC-based firm, where he coordinated with external counsel, Shariah advisors, and corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions.

At Naurillion, a fintech company, Fahd worked on the development and regulatory compliance of Dinisium—a blockchain-based tokenization and digital asset platform. His work spans SaaS contracts, outsourcing agreements, and compliance with GDPR, MiCA, VARA, ADGM, DIFC, and other global regulatory frameworks.

Fahd combines legal depth with entrepreneurial vision and cross-sector knowledge, working with clients on strategic transactions, regulatory matters, and cross-border structuring.

He is fluent in English and Urdu and has conversational Hindi proficiency.

Fahd is especially sought out by new businesses looking for support and guidance.
