Lucía Acosta is a Partner at Castellán and Co-Director of B‑Conex Latam, a regional legal and business advisory firm spanning Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

Her practice blends a strong litigation background with strategic advisory on corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She regularly advises national and international companies on cross-border investments, risk management and complex negotiations.

Lucía holds an LL.M. (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London, with a focus on Conflict Resolution, and a Doctor of Law and Social Sciences degree from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). She also teached Procedural Law and is an active voice in initiatives focused on female leadership and regional integration.

Her dispute resolution work includes civil, commercial and corporate litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration, with deep sectoral experience in infrastructure, retail, agribusiness, tech and industrial services. In parallel, she leads high-impact M&A and corporate reorganizations, offering a pragmatic and business-driven approach that bridges legal precision with strategic execution.
