Marcelo Toledo de Camargo has been a partner at GARÉ IP since 2022. He holds a Law degree from Universidade das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (UNIFMU) in 2001, he is specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the same University in 2004.

Marcelo has more than 20 years of experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property, with excellence in implementing anti-piracy programs for national and international companies. His activities also extend to border measures, in close relationship with customs authorities, aiming to defend the interests of clients. Throughout his career, he also worked on compliance and data protection actions.
